Working Principle

The stone falls directly into the high-speed rotating rotary table from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After striking each other, the stone will form eddy motion between the rotary table and the casing, resulting in multiple mutual blows, friction and powder crushing until it is crushed to the required particle size.

The frame part of the box crusher is a three-part structure. Just open the rear shell of the crusher to replace the plate hammer, crushing plate, lining plate and other maintenance operations. The box crusher has strong interchangeability and few varieties of vulnerable parts, which is convenient for the procurement and management of spare parts. The hydraulic opening device is used for opening and closing the casing, which can effectively reduce the maintenance labor intensity, improve the maintenance efficiency and shorten the maintenance time. The monitoring system of the box crusher can monitor the operation status of the crusher at any time, and the monitoring signal can be interlocked with the main control system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine. The drive system of the box crusher adopts the mode of motor + mechanical coupling + V-belt + crusher, which can effectively improve the starting performance of the motor and make the motor start and run smoothly. The belt drive mode can play a dual overload protection function, the motor power required by the drive system is low, and the operation cost is greatly reduced.
