The piston of the hydraulic cylinder of the passive roller is supported (the piston of the constant pressure type is supported by the inclined iron), and the system pressure is guaranteed by the hydraulic circuit, hydraulic control valve and accumulator, The material enters the hopper of the forming machine evenly from the storage bin through the quantitative equipment, and is adjusted through the adjusting gate on the hopper to make the material enter the middle of the counter roll evenly. The counter roll running in reverse at constant speed is compressed. The unit forming pressure of the material increases from small to large, and the forming pressure reaches a large value at the connecting line at the center of the counter roll. After the material passes through the line, the forming pressure decreases rapidly, so that the material enters the ball removal state, Take off and press the ball smoothly.
