Product Description

The strong ball pressing machine is used for the pressing of pulverized coal, slime, medium coal, coke powder, coking coal and metallurgical powder cold pressed pellets and refractory materials. All powdery materials that need to be put into the furnace can be pressed by the strong ball pressing machine, which has obvious points such as high balling rate, low power consumption, compact structure and convenient maintenance and commissioning.

Finished ball

The machine can produce square, ball and egg, round, goose egg, pillow and other special shapes of finished balls. The specific shape can be defined by the user. See the following figure for finished product samples:

2、 Material selection:

The roller skin of the strong ball press is cast with 65 manganese. After special heat treatment, the hardness can reach more than 58 degrees. The roll cover is assembled and can be replaced after wear. The powerful ball press has a buffer device, which can better protect the equipment from the impact of hard objects. The powerful ball pressing machine is designed with a ball bowl adjustable device, so that the two roll leather ball bowls are within the adjustable range and will not be misplaced all the time.

Working Principle
