Working Principle

Structure principle

The structure of the metallurgical ball press is not complicated. The main components are: feeding part, transmission part, forming part, hydraulic part, and inclined iron bearing pressure. 　

1. Feeding method

Generally, there are three feeding methods for metallurgical ball press 1. Belt feeder feeding: Because it is economical and practical, this feeding method has become an ideal choice for consumers. 2. Horizontal screw feeder feeding: This feeding method is suitable for narrow rolls. 3. Pre-pressure screw feed: The main point of screw press feed is to use the method of adjustable screw speed to obtain the required pre-pressure.

2. Transmission part

The main drive system of the metallurgical ball press is: motor-v-belt-cylindrical gear reducer-open gear-roll.

3. Forming part

The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and its core part is the roll. The blank of the roll is divided into two types: integral forging and casting. The casting has low density and rough structure, but it is more economical. Forged with high density, compact structure, good wear resistance, long service life, good ball groove processing technology, many types of suitable materials, and reliable operation.

4. Hydraulic part

The entire hydraulic system of the metallurgical ball press has the functions of ensuring the forming pressure and protection, and the system is easy to operate and maintain.

5. Inclined iron bearing pressure

Its structure is to adjust the lead screw to press the inclined iron to move downward, and the backlog of another inclined iron provides a fixed thrust to the floating pressing roller, so that the pressing can work normally for a long time.

Finished spherical

The metallurgical ball press machine can produce square, ball-and-egg, round, goose-egg, pillow and other ball shapes for users to choose from. If users have special spherical needs, they can also define by themselves. The finished product sample is shown in the figure below:
