Working Principle

The slime dryer is a new type of special drying equipment consisting of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a discharger and a power distribution cabinet. Coal slime itself has high humidity and high cohesiveness. Four working areas: one is the guide area. When wet coal slime enters this area and contacts with high temperature and negative pressure hot air, it quickly evaporates a large amount of water. The coal slime is moved by the large guiding angle of the board. Lead into the next working area; the second is the cleaning area, where the wet slime is picked up by the slab to form a material curtain. When the material falls, it is easy to form a sticking drum wall phenomenon. In this area, the equipment is designed with cleaning devices and cleaning devices. The slime on the wall of the bonded cylinder can be quickly cleaned. In this process, the cleaning device also breaks the agglomeration of the material, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, improving the efficiency of heat and mass transfer, and improving the drying rate; The third is the inclined lifting plate area. This area is a low-temperature drying area. The coal slime is already in a low-moisture and loose state in this area. There is no adhesion phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the finished product meets the required moisture requirements and moves into The fourth is the discharging zone. The dryer drum is not equipped with a copy board in this zone. The material rolls and slides to the discharge opening in this zone to complete the entire drying process.
