Lignite dryers are generally suitable for granular materials, and can also be used to partially mix materials to dry viscous, paste-like materials or materials with high water content. Both ends of the main body of the lignite dryer are highly sealed, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Electricity consumption is only 30% of similar products, and coal consumption is only 50%. The fly ash dryer produced by our company can also be used for drying materials in industries such as cement, mining, building materials, chemicals, food, and compound fertilizer production. The application field is very wide.
Product Potential
1. The new type of feeding and discharging device prevents the clogging, discontinuity, unevenness and return of the slime dryer feeding, and reduces the load of the dust removal system.
2. It greatly reduces the wear of the retaining wheel, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable to the moisture and viscosity of the material.
3. The lignite dryer has strong overload resistance, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost.

Structure principle
The brown coal dryer is mainly composed of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a discharger and a power distribution cabinet.
The lignite dryer adopts a low-temperature four-stage drying process to evaporate the moisture of the lignite to below 13% while ensuring the quality of the dried lignite remains unchanged. The primary drying zone removes most of the water at 400°C under high humidity to ensure that the chemical composition of the lignite does not change and is not easy to burn; the secondary drying zone has a room temperature of 300°C, and high-yield water removal by means of medium temperature and strong induced air. Lignite is not coking; the indoor temperature of the third-stage drying zone is 120℃-210℃, and the crushing device in the drum is used to repeatedly impact and break up the materials and dry downstream; the fourth-stage drying zone is a high exhaust zone, and the room temperature is 60℃ -80℃, the water is removed by the low-temperature hot air flow with negative pressure in the induced air system.
