The head motor drives the reducer to decelerate and then transmits it to the driving gear. The driving gear drives the rear splint (chain), (the width of the splint is controlled by the support rod, and the support rod is covered with a high-temperature-resistant mesh belt). Drive the lower mesh belt to carry the pellets slowly in one-way motion. The pellets enter the high temperature zone when they are discharged at the feed port. During the moving process, they contact with hot air to remove water. After moving in about 40-60 minutes (speed adjustable), they are discharged at the discharge port. This part is mainly composed of passive gear, automatic tensioning device, feed, and frame.

 The main principle of the mesh belt dryer is to evenly spread the materials on the mesh belt. The mesh belt adopts a 12-60 mesh steel mesh belt, which is driven by a transmission device to move back and forth in the dryer. The hot air flows through the materials. After that, the water vapor is discharged from the moisture drain hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the cabinet is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be made into a multi-layered type. Commonly used are two-chamber three-story, two-chamber five-story, length 6-40m, and effective width 0.6-3.0m.
